We know it's our people that make us who we are. So we don’t see you simply as employees, but as individuals who have interests and passions beyond the workplace. That's why we empower you to be your best and share your real self. It's part of our commitment to creating a positive experience for our people, where diversity can thrive, ideas are heard, and views respected.
In short, putting our people first is our priority. It’s what underpins our warm, friendly and inclusive culture where team spirit thrives and members don’t just work together, but grow together, creating valuable friendships. Together, our teams share a strong determination to make a success of things, no matter what challenges we face.
No matter what team you join or what position you take, we’re invested in supporting you to reach your potential, providing a range of learning and development courses that will enhance your career progression with us. We’ll always encourage open conversations where we can provide feedback to help you thrive in your role. It’s all part of nurturing your individuality and helping you be your best.
Working with us means being part of something bigger. A shared purpose bonds us to improve the lives of our patients. We collaborate in our teams across around 60 countries to make good health more affordable and accessible to millions of people around the world.
Working with us means being filled with a sense of purpose and belonging in an environment committed to transparency, integrity, and a belief in sustainable healthcare. Our people care as much about each other as they do about their work and the patients they impact. We’re united by an undeniable feeling that we’re building something greater than ourselves. And together, our shared values underpin every decision we make and every action we take.
At Teva, we see our diversity as our strength. We tap into our different skillsets, perspectives, expertise, nationalities, and backgrounds to accelerate our innovation in healthcare and discover new ways to make a difference. Through our passion for health and wellbeing, we're committed to making a difference in the communities we touch around the world – those in which we live and work. We recognize the importance of giving something back. As part of our social impact program, we encourage our employees to participate in one of our many volunteering schemes. We give you time off to support humanitarian causes, enabling you to use your skills to benefit others and society.
Here are just some of the things we’ve done to help make a difference:
Our sustainability goals aren’t just talked about – they’re acted on. That’s why when a beach outside Israel was affected by tar pollution, 370 of us joined the national effort to clean it up and help restore its beauty.
Across the globe, hundreds of our people take part in the Einstein Marathon– where you can choose to participate through walking, running, or joining in virtually. In 2021, collectively, we covered an impressive 3,350 km.
In 2021, as part of a welfare initiative, we launched monthly projects that focused on different health issues, opening up the dialogue and raising awareness. From serious diseases to mental well-being, we encouraged others to share their stories and learn through activities.
What we do is as important as how we do it, and we care deeply about our people, our communities, and our environment. We underpin our decisions and work according to our strong belief in and dedication to ethical behavior and compliance.
We want our people to know that we provide a safe, healthy workplace that promotes environmentally responsible economic growth and ethical behavior. To help us meet our goals in the right way, we ensure that our business practices align with the different global regulations and laws where our people live, work, and operate.
